Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Rogue Department purchase, you can send it back for a free exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.

Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

STEP 2

Ship your return to: 40 Range road flat 3, Manchester, M16 8ES

STEP 3

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or refund will be issued.
